As a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief, educator, and REALTOR®, I bring more than 25 years of leadership, service, and business experience to every client relationship. My career has been built around helping people navigate important decisions with clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for moving forward.

During my 20 years of Navy service, I worked extensively in career counseling, education, leadership, and personnel support. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of military transitions, PCS moves, changing family needs, and the importance of having trusted professionals available during major life events. The Navy also reinforced the values that continue to guide my work today: integrity, accountability, communication, and service to others.

My professional background also includes higher education, healthcare administration, business operations, and project management. I hold a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Management, and I serve as an adjunct professor. These experiences allow me to approach real estate with a strategic and organized perspective while explaining each step in clear, understandable terms.

As a real estate professional licensed in Virginia and Florida, I have assisted buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families in Northern Virginia and Southwest Florida. I understand that every move is different, and my goal is to provide guidance that reflects each client’s priorities, timeline, and circumstances. When I cannot assist someone directly, I help connect them with a trusted real estate professional and other reliable resources wherever their journey takes them.

I am especially committed to supporting military families, veterans, first responders, educators, healthcare professionals, public servants, and their families. In addition to real estate and relocation support, I help clients explore available homebuying incentives and benefit programs for which they may qualify. Every client deserves honesty, respect, and the same level of care I would want for my own family.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two dogs, continuing to learn, and staying connected to the communities I serve.
